1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, delivery, and purchase of products provided by Quantum Distribution B.V. (“we”, “our”, “us”) to businesses, retailers, resellers, and other clients (“you”, “the client”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or engaging with our services.

2. Scope of Services

Quantum Distribution B.V. supplies new, used, and refurbished electronic goods, including but not limited to:

  • Laptops

  • Mobile Phones

  • Tablets

  • Headphones

  • Accessories

These Terms apply to all orders, deliveries, and transactions made with Quantum Distribution B.V., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders

  1. Orders may be placed via our sales team, email, or online enquiry system.

  2. All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  3. The order confirmation provided by Quantum Distribution B.V. constitutes a binding agreement for both parties.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.

  2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be charged at the agreed price.

  3. Payment terms are net 14/30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Dutch law.

  5. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, SEPA, and approved online payment processors.

5. Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on availability, logistics, and destination.

  2. Products are dispatched via reliable logistics partners, with tracking information provided where applicable.

  3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery at the agreed delivery location.

  4. Clients must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.

6. Product Condition and Grading

  1. Products may be new, used, or refurbished, and are sold in accordance with the grading system: Grade A (Excellent), Grade B (Very Good), Grade C (Good), Grade D (Functional/For Parts).

  2. All refurbished products are tested for full functionality prior to dispatch.

  3. Clients should review product specifications, condition, and images prior to confirming the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

  2. Goods returned must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  3. Customised orders or bulk orders may be non-returnable unless defective.

  4. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected by Quantum Distribution B.V.

8. Warranties and Liability

  1. Products are sold “as is”, with warranty provided for refurbished products as described in product listings.

  2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business loss arising from use of the products.

  3. Liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  4. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoiced value of the products supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and product information on our website or provided in documentation remain the intellectual property of Quantum Distribution B.V. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless parties agree otherwise in writing.

11. Amendments

Quantum Distribution B.V. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
