2. Eligibility for Returns

2. Await confirmation and instructions for return shipping.

3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

1. Clients must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and report damage or missing items within 7 days.

2. Claims for damages or loss during shipping will be handled in cooperation with the logistics provider.

7. Warranty

1. Refurbished products are covered under a limited warranty as described in the product listing.

2. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@quantumdistribution.nl with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
